Gap Between Operational Staff and Decision Makers (Managing Committee)

In my shorter service in various organisation, the thing which i saw , really feel and understand that is "GAP BETWEEN OPERATIONAL STAFF AND MANAGING COMMITTEE". The GAP according to me as followings,

1. Decision Taken by Managing Committee, to its implementation,
2. The Behaviour of Managing Committee ( King of the Time )
3. Not Clear Vision , Mission Statements, and Objectives,
4. The Manager, ( Have no Interest in organizational work except "yes boss"

1)Actually the decision are taken, to implement and to bring some changes or improvement in the organisation, which is not possible, with out informing or guiding operation staff by manager, or any other source. ( As I saw the decision is taken just to make record for future, the agenda papers should be kept in folder for future , just to show next committee that we have meet each other)

2)Another issue which creates the gap is leader attitude and their way of leadership, here leaders means managing committee who leads the organization, they actually don't know reality what is going on in the organization, because for a very short time period managing committee attend the office, at that time every ones who spending only times in the organization just because of strong personal relationship with MC or any other source, meet in a way like every thing has been done by them, so they actual person of staff who really works hard, no one is here to ask, is still working,

3) Vision , Mission and Objectives are the statement which creates the big picture of organization , in the common public or community place, so most of our leader don't know how to create vision , mission statement and objective and task setting, so when these thing are not clear the gap b/w decision and implementation automatically increase,

4) The only and one solution to remove the gap is active and devoted manager, who play the role of bridge b/w operational staff and decision makers, will be able to motivate decision maker as per requirement, and also operational staff as per decision taken by mc,

When the flow of actual information regarding the organizational up and downs will flow freely by the bridge to upward and the decision or solutions to the problem will flow easily downward , the organization will automatically change and improve..

“Good management is the art of making problems so interesting and their solutions so constructive that everyone wants to get to work and deal with them.”
